We accept payments via MasterCard and Visa. The charge will only be made once the purchase is successfully completed. After successfully completing your purchase and payment, you will be directed to a page that displays all the order details.

We aim to process refunds within three days of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. Therefore, please allow up to ten working days after sending the item back to us before inquiring about your refund. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
We send return notes via email, so if you lose it, simply print off a new one from the email we sent you. If you cannot find the email, please contact us and ask for it to be resent.
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address after placing an order. Also, please check your spam or junk folder in case the confirmation email has been diverted there.

There is only a short window between when you place your order and when we begin processing it. If you contact us immediately after ordering at contact@bareqistanbul.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, the order will be dispatched, and you can return it upon receipt if desired.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team at contact@bareqistanbul.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you’re unhappy with the product for any reason, we gladly accept returns, provided the item is in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
